What size is the mat?
42 × 29.5 cm (about 16.5 × 11.6 in) flat. Snapped into a tray, the raised walls hold juices and sauces — and it fits most standard home ovens and half-sheet pans.
How thick is the mat?
Thin enough to roll up and store in a drawer, sturdy enough to hold its shape when the corners are snapped into a tray.
How do the snap corners work?
Each corner has a small snap. Pinch it closed and the edges fold up into a tray with walls. Unsnap it and it lies flat again as a regular baking mat.
Is it oven safe? How hot can it go?
Yes. The mat is made from food-grade silicone and is oven safe up to 230°C / 450°F. Do not use it under a direct broiler or over an open flame.
Do I still need parchment paper or foil?
No. The silicone surface is non-stick, so cookies, roasted veggies and wings release without parchment, foil or spray.
How do I clean it?
Rinse with warm soapy water or put it in the dishwasher. Unsnap the corners first so it dries flat.
Can I use it in an air fryer or microwave?
It's safe in the microwave and freezer. For air fryers, it only works if your basket or oven is big enough for the mat to lie flat — don't fold it to force it in.
Does it smell or stain?
A light silicone smell on first use is normal — wash it once and bake it empty for 10 minutes before first use. Strong spices like turmeric can tint it slightly over time, which doesn't affect performance.
How long does shipping take?
