Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel the Weekly Recipe Club (or any other subscription or recurring purchase we offer) at any time. To cancel, use the cancel link in your order email, cancel from your customer account, or email zyrastorehelp@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep the PDFs you have already received.

The subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. We do not refund a month that has already been billed and delivered, except where applicable law requires it. If you were charged after you cancelled, email us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it. See our Refund Policy for details.
